- London has the best city parks in the world! Enjoy the parks, gardens and beautiful views across London's skyline:
The view of London from the top of Primrose Hill, the royal deer in Richmond Park, Admire the sculptures in Holland Park, walk by the Serpentine Lake in Hyde Park, walk around the gardens at Kensington Palace or St.James’s Park next to Buckingham Palace, visit Kenwood House on Hampstead Heath, swim in the pools on Hampstead Heath or Tooting Common, stroll along the Thames River at night and enjoy the view of the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament, while looking through the second hand book stalls under the bridge - or having a coffee at one of the many cafes.

- Visit the many, many museums and galleries
Most London museums and galleries are free to enter. Take advantage of this and visit some of the best in the world: The National Gallery, the Tate, the Tate Modern, the Science Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Imperial War Museum, the British Museum, the British Library and many more.

- Visit one of the markets
Portabello, Camden markets, Spitalfields, Borough market, the meat market at Smithfield or the flower market in Colombia Road
- Buy a coffee and watch the world go by - There are thousands of interesting people from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and religions – each with their own fashion sense!
- Experience the British humour first hand. Get tickets to a stand up comedy show at Soho Theatre in Covent Garden for £10.
