SGLC Visa Student EnrolmentsPlease note that due to increasingly strict UKBA regulations, from now on ALL TIER 4 VISA students will now be required to do an oral test as well as a written test before we issue documents. If students falsify documents to prove their English level and arrive in the UK with a low level of English, they will be reported to the UKBA and they will be given 60 days to leave the UK. By verifying a student’s oral level ourselves on application, we are protecting the student and the school. Please note that from now the following rules will apply:

Please allow a minimum of 4 working days for us to process and send Tier 4 enrolment documents. **IMPORTANT! IF A STUDENT CHANGES ANY INFORMATION AFTER THE BOOKING HAS BEEN PROCESSED ON THE CAS SYSTEM, DUE TO HOME OFFICE RULES WE HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORIGINAL CAS CERTIFICATE, AND PROCESS THE ENROLMENT AGAIN WITH A NEW CAS NUMBER AND ANOTHER CHARGE OF £10 CAS FEE + £50 REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE ADMIN INVOLVED IN RE-PROCESSING ALL DOCUMENTS. *** PLEASE HELP US AVOID EXTRA COSTS TO YOUR STUDENT AND DELAYS IN PAPERWORK BY CHECKING ALL INFORMATION WITH STUDENTS BEFORE YOU CONFIRM WE CAN GO AHEAD WITH THE CAS ENROLMENT*** DO NOT APPLY FOR A VISA UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE CORRECT CAS LETTER FROM SHANE GLOBAL. IF STUDENTS HAVE CHANGED THEIR BOOKING AND THEY APPLY WITH THE ORIGINAL CAS LETTER INSTEAD OF THE NEW ONE THEIR VISA WILL BE DENIED!! ** Student Visitor’s Visa:Original documents will continue to be sent by post.
